| We now have a Memorial Board at the dog park. Plates on the board are available for purchase to commemorate your beloved pet. | |

Each plate is 2"x 10" in woodtone acrylic with white engraved lettering. Plates come in pairs; one plate is for the name of the dog and the other is for the name of the owners. They will be mounted side by side. There is a one time fee of $50, which will be used in our outreach programs.
If you wish to purchase a pair of plates, please fill out a Memorial Board Plate Request Form and send it with your payment of $50 to: College Park Dog Park Association |
